We purchased a 2 BHK here, around 810 square feet. The price point was within our expected range for this area in Chennai. Guru Homes delivered this project back in March 2013, so it's ready to move in. We liked that it's close to K K Nagar, which is convenient. The main thing for me was the transparency in documentation, which was good. Parking is closed car parking, which is a standard amenity. The budget was around 50.63 Lakh for our unit. Overall, it seems like a reasonable buy for the money, especially since it’s an older construction.
