The proximity to the hospital and school is a bonus, though I am more concerned about the dust from ongoing construction nearby, which might take a while to settle. The car parking facility is adequate for my needs. Overall, it offegood value.

The 2 BHK flat has a builtup area of 855 Sq.ft, which is comfortable. The price of 69.0 Lakh was acceptable for me. The main concern for me is the traffic in Madipakkam, especially during peak houIt can get quite congested.
