I moved into Guru Akshitha about six months ago after retiring. The apartment is quite spacious, I got a 2 BHK which is 1160 square feet. It’s Vastu compliant which was important for me. The landscaping is well done and there's a nice terrace garden. The construction seems solid. My only small issue is the traffic getting out onto Thanisandra Main Road during peak hou, it can be a bit much. The 24x7 water supply is reliable. Overall, it's a peaceful place to live for someone looking for a quiet life after work.

The only drawback is the roads leading to the project can be dusty during construction season, and the parking area is a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle. Other than that, it’s a comfortable place for families.
