We purchased a plot in Gupta New Model Town for my parents. The location in Sector 126 Mohali is quite convenient, especially with Max Super Specialty Hospital nearby. It’s ready to move, which was a big factor so they could settle in quickly. Gupta Property DevelopePvt Ltd has a decent reputation, and the plot size of 988 Sq.ft is ample for them. The availability of 24X7 water supply and rainwater harvesting are good facilities. The landscaped gardens and tree plantation add a nice touch to the environment. Hopefully, the internal roads and footpaths are well-maintained. The only slight concern is the proximity to the main road which might mean some traffic noise, but overall it’s a peaceful place for them.

As a government employee, I look for stability and good location. Gupta New Model Town in Sector 126 Mohali fits the bill. I got a plot of 988 Sq.ft which is a decent size for future construction. The project is ready to move, and it was completed in 2011 by Gupta Property DevelopePvt Ltd. It’s conveniently located near schools and hospitals, with Max Super Specialty Hospital being extremely close. The provision for rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant are important environmental features. The presence of internal roads and footpaths is standard. My only reservation is the lack of information regarding the community's current upkeep and if the Olympic size swimming pool is still functional and maintained properly.

The plot size we acquired is 988 Sq.ft, offering enough space for a family home. The landscaped gardens and tree plantation offer a pleasant environment for kids to grow up in. Having an Olympic size swimming pool within the community is also a fantastic amenity for recreation. While the project was completed in 2011 and is ready to move, the surrounding area sometimes experiences traffic congestion during peak houdue to its proximity to the main road. This is something we are still getting used to.

My parents are happy with the proximity to Smart WondeSchool, which is also nearby. I am a bit worried about the upkeep of the swimming pool area as it's quite old, but hopefully, it's managed well.
