The location in JP Nagar Phase 8 is good, with decent connectivity to Bannerghatta Road. One thing I noticed is that the construction dust from nearby sites can be a bit much sometimes, especially during dry weather. The maintenance charges seem reasonable for the amenities provided, like the 24x7 water supply and security. The Gunina Group seems to have completed the project on time, which was important for us.
