The main reason for choosing this project by Gunina Group was its ready-to-move status and the location in Gottigere, South Bangalore, which is close to facilities like Narayana Nethralaya Eye Hospital, nearby. This is important for my parents' regular check-ups. The apartment size is around 1256 square feet, providing ample space. The price was about 34 Lakhs. While the project was completed in October 2013, it seems well-maintained. My only worry is the parking situation, as I heard it can be a bit tight. Overall, I am hopeful my parents will be comfortable here.

I finally found a place I can call my own in Gunina Iris. Being a single woman, safety and convenience are my top priorities. This project is located in Gottigere, South Bangalore, which is relatively well-connected. I chose a 2 BHK apartment that's about 970 square feet, which is a good size for me. The price point was also manageable, around 27 Lakhs. It was ready to move in, which was a huge relief. The main drawback is the distance to the metro station, Konanakunte Cross is over 6 kilometeaway. Also, the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can be annoying sometimes. But having a swimming pool here is a definite plus.

It’s close to Bannerghatta Road which is convenient for commuting, though traffic can get pretty bad during peak houThe swimming pool is a nice addition, and the children's play area is good for when friends visit with their kids. The price was within our budget, around 30 Lakhs for the unit we liked. Gunina Group seems to have finished this project a while back, in October 2013. Overall, it’s a decent place for young couples starting out, provided you can manage the commute.
