We specifically chose the 759 Sq.ft flat because it fits our lifestyle. The proximity to the underground subway metro station is the main reason we booked this place. Gummadi Constructions finished the work well before we moved in, and we had no issues with the possession process. It is nice to have the children play area even though we do not have kids yet. The neighborhood feels safe and everything we need for daily life is within reach. We are glad we found this spot after searching for months.

I checked out the 794 Sq.ft unit and the layout is simple enough for my needs. The building is already ready to move which saved me a lot of time since I did not want to wait for construction. Gummadi Constructions seems to have kept things straightforward here. The only thing is that the area can get a little noisy during the day because of the traffic nearby. Otherwise, the location in Ashok Nagar, Venugopalnagar is very central for me to manage my hospital shifts. It is a solid choice if you need something functional and immediate in this part of the city.

We moved into our 759 Sq.ft flat about a year ago and the space is quite comfortable for our small family. The location is great because we are close to the Lodge Center Bus Stop as well. We have enjoyed living here and have not faced any major problems with the building management. The building has been ready since March 2020 so there was no risk involved in the deal. I found the 794 Sq.ft configuration to be quite practical for a small family. Gummadi Constructions has delivered a decent building without too many complex issues. My only concern is that the parking space feels a bit limited if everyone has a vehicle. It is a good property if you are looking for something that is already finished and located near Kankaragunta Bridge. Hope the rental demand stays strong in this pocket.
