I recently purchased a flat in Guman Mohini Enclave. As a single working woman, I prioritized safety and convenience. The project is ready to move in, which saved me a lot of hassle. The location in Jhotwara is excellent, with St. Anselm's North City School practically next door and Manipal Hospital Jaipur also very close by. This makes daily life much easier. The Guman Group has managed the project well. The apartment is a good size for one peon, and the finishing looks neat. My only minor concern is that the surrounding area can get quite dusty due to ongoing development nearby. I hope this improves over time.

We moved into Guman Mohini Enclave a few weeks ago. It is a ready to move property, which was a major plus for us as we wanted to settle quickly. The location in Jhotwara is quite convenient, especially being so close to NH - 8. It makes getting around Jaipur very easy. We also like that St. Anselm's North City School is right next door, though that also means a bit of traffic during school drop-off and pick-up times. The Guman Group seems to have a decent reputation. The apartment itself is functional. We are still exploring the neighborhood, but so far, it meets our basic needs for a quiet retirement.
