Finally decided on my fit apartment purchase at Gulnaar Serene. The 2439 sq.ft area for the 3 BHK unit seemed quite spacious during the site visit. I liked that Small Wonder School is literally nearby, which is a huge plus for future planning. The construction is still underway, with completion expected in August 2029. Gulnaar Kreative DevelopeLlp seems to have a good plan for amenities like a swimming pool and an open gym. Parking was a bit tight in the basement area they showed, which is my only minor worry right now. Hopefully, they have enough visitor parking as well. The location in Sector 60, Mohali is quite convenient. Overall, feeling pretty good about this decision.

We chose Gulnaar Serene primarily for its proximity to schools. Small Wonder School being nearby was the deciding factor for us. The 3 BHK apartments are quite large, with a super built-up area of 2439 sq.ft, giving us plenty of room for the kids to play inside. Gulnaar Kreative DevelopeLlp has included a good range of amenities like a swimming pool, amphitheater, and a dedicated children's play area. The project is currently under construction, with the completion date set for August 2029. My only hesitation is that the immediate neighborhood feels a bit underdeveloped, and I am concerned about the long-term infrastructure development around Sector 45C. However, the safety features like 24x7 water supply and solid waste management are reassuring.

We are looking for a comfortable home and Gulnaar Serene caught our eye. The location in Sector 45C, Mohali is great, especially being close to IVY Hospital – that's a big relief. They have a nice children's play area and a yoga/meditation space which we think we'll use. The 3 BHK configuration offe2439 sq.ft of super built-up area, which is ample for us. The project is under construction, with an expected handover in August 2029. Gulnaar Kreative DevelopeLlp has promised a club house and a gymnasium too. The only thing is the dust and noise from the ongoing construction site, which is expected but still a bit of a nuisance when visiting. We are hoping the finishing touches will make it worth the wait.

I purchased a unit in Gulnaar Serene. The main reason was the strategic location in Sector 60, Mohali, being close to the Mohali Phase Bus Stop. This makes commuting very easy. The project by Gulnaar Kreative DevelopeLlp is under construction and scheduled for completion in August 2029. I was impressed by the planned amenities, particularly the solid waste management system and the sewage treatment plant, which shows foresight. The 3 BHK apartment has a large super built-up area of 2439 sq.ft. While the basic infrastructure seems solid, the surrounding roads are not yet fully developed, which can make access a bit difficult during peak houIt’s a practical choice for long-term living.
