I purchased a villa in Gulmohar Greens primarily as an investment opportunity. The location in Science City, Ahmedabad, is in an area with good future growth potential. Gulmohar Buildcon has a track record, and this project was completed in December 2014. The 4 BHK villas offer a significant plot area of 5940 Sq.ft, which is attractive for potential renteor future resale. While the starting price of 12.3 Crore is high, the ready-to-move-in status and the amenities like a tennis court and multipurpose room add value. My only concern is the lack of listed bank approvals, which can sometimes impact resale value. However, the overall infrastructure and amenities seem solid for the price.

We have been living in Gulmohar Greens for almost a year now and it has been a very peaceful experience. The 4 BHK villas are quite spacious, our plot area is 5940 Sq.ft which gives us plenty of room. Gulmohar Buildcon completed this project back in December 2014, so it is well established. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex is beautiful and very well maintained. Having a gymnasium and swimming pool within the premises is a great convenience for staying active. Water supply has been consistent, which is a big plus. The only slight issue is that the roads leading into the project can get a bit dusty during dry weather, but it's manageable.

My partner and I recently visited Gulmohar Greens in Ahmedabad, looking for a spacious home. The 4 BHK villas, with a plot area of 5940 Sq.ft, are massive – perhaps a bit too much for just the two of us, but we liked the idea of future flexibility. The developer, Gulmohar Buildcon, seems to have delivered a good project, completed in December 2014. Amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool are definitely a draw for our active lifestyle. The proximity to Thaltej Metro Station, nearby, is also a plus for commuting. However, the price starting at 12.3 Crore is quite steep for us right now, and we are waiting to see if prices fluctuate or if there are smaller configurations available, though the data only shows 4 BHK.

We chose Gulmohar Greens because of its excellent location for our children. Udgam School For Children is right at nearby distance, making school runs incredibly easy. The 4 BHK villa offeample space, which is perfect for our growing family. The availability of an indoor games area and a swimming pool is a big hit with the kids. The project is ready to move in, and the landscaping is very pleasant. The only downside we've noticed is the traffic can be a bit heavy on the main Science City road during peak hou, especially getting to the SP Ring Road. But overall, the convenience for the kids outweighs this minor issue.
