My main concern is the proximity to the Pune-Solapur Highway, which is about 3.89 kilometeaway. While not extremely close, highway traffic can sometimes lead to air quality issues. I'm hoping the landscaping and tree planting at the project will mitigate this somewhat.

Guardian Developer is handling the construction. While the project is under construction, the amenities like the sports area and children's play area are attractive. My only minor hesitation is the distance to the Garware College Metro Station, which is nearby, making metro access a bit inconvenient for longer commutes across the city.
