The plot is ready to move since March 2020, so no waiting for construction. I liked that Pondur Bus Stop is a short distance. One thing that could be better is the clarity on amenities; none were listed, which makes it hard to gauge the community feel. Also, the specific plot area S. No. 388/4B of Varatharajapuram Village might mean the approach road isn't fully developed yet. Still, it's a good start for my investment journey.
