I purchased a 2 BHK apartment, measuring around 1000 square feet. The location in Isnapur is relatively quiet, away from the city hustle, yet connected via NH 65. GT Infra Projects Pvt Ltd is handling the development, and the project is slated for completion in July 2030. I appreciate the inclusion of a Fire Fighting System and 24X7 Water Supply, which are essential for comfort and safety. The distance to Miyapur Metro Station is considerable, nearby, which might be a concern for some, but for me, it's not a primary factor. The community buildings are also a nice touch for social interaction.
