The apartment is ready to move in, which saved a lot of hassle. I opted for a 3 BHK, and the super builtup area of around 1400 sq.ft is quite comfortable for my family. The developer, GSD BuildeAnd Promoto, has included essential amenities like power backup and lifts, which are crucial. The proximity to Sri Sankardeva Nethralaya (1.6 km) is reassuring. My only minor issue is that the finishings in the bathroom could have been a little better. Otherwise, it's a peaceful living environment.

I recently moved into a 2 BHK at GSD Manshya Mansion. Being a single woman, safety was my top priority, so the 24x7 security and earthquake-resistant structure gave me peace of mind. The size is good, I got one of the larger 2 BHKs at 1062 sq.ft. It's ready to move in, which was a huge plus. The location in Beltola is decent, though getting to Khanapara Bus Stop, which is nearby, takes a bit of time during traffic. The children's play area is a nice touch, even though I don't have kids yet. I wish parking was a little more spacious, but it's manageable.

One thing we noticed is that while the project is ready to move, the surrounding area still has some ongoing development, leading to a bit of dust sometimes. While the proximity to Sri Sankardeva Nethralaya is excellent for medical emergencies, I did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby which is a bit of a concern. Otherwise, the lift and security systems seem to be functioning properly.
