It's a gated community, which gives us peace of mind regarding security for our children. The children's play area is a big hit with them, and the landscaped gardens are pleasant for evening walks. It's good that Gopalan National School is only about 4 kilometeaway. The only slight issue is that the OC received date isn't readily available, which made us a bit hesitant initially, but the developer, GSA Group, assured us everything is in order. The price was around 65.52 Lakh, which felt reasonable for the size and amenities.
