We are looking at a 3 BHK at GS Skyline. The sizes are quite generous, ranging from 1013 to 1094 square feet. Having Christ Church Girls' High School just 3.5 kilometeaway is a major plus for us. The project has good amenities like a security cabin and an entrance lobby. We also saw that there are storm water drains, which is important. Our only concern is that Nagerbazar can get quite congested, especially during peak hou, and we are worried about the traffic and travel time to school. The price for a 3 BHK goes up to about 49 Lakh, which is a bit high but manageable.
