The price point, between 35.09 Lakh and 73.97 Lakh, fits our budget after careful planning. We liked the idea of internal roads and footpaths, and the green lawn area. The proximity to Rabindra Tirtha Metro Station (1.5 Kms) will make our commute easier. It's still under construction, expected May 2028. One thing that concerns me is the limited car parking information available; we have two caand need to ensure adequate space. The 24x7 water supply is a definite plus.
