GS Akshaya Flats is in Madipakkam, which is a decent location in Chennai South. The price range started around 80.28 Lakh, which was within our budget. I liked the idea of the Terrace Garden and the EV Charging Point. The Gated Community aspect provides good security. My only concern is the traffic getting out of Madipakkam during peak hou, it can get quite congested.
