I was happy to see they have 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance, which gives me peace of mind. The flat size is around 926 square feet, which is decent for a couple. We haven't visited the site ouelves recently, but my parents say the construction quality seems good. The only slight concern is the traffic noise on the main road, but they are getting used to it.
