    We chose Group Acropolis primarily for the schools nearby, with Florence Academy practically next door. Our 3 BHK apartment is 1312 square feet, which is ample space for the children. The price was around 47.57 Lakh, which felt a bit high but the location made up for it. The construction was completed in 2013 and it's ready to move in. Rain water harvesting is a good environmental feature. The only downside we’ve noticed is that during summer, the water pressure can be a little low sometimes on our floor. Otherwise, the children are happy with the play areas.

It is ready to move, which was a big plus since we didn't want to wait. The security is 24/7, which gives us peace of mind when we are at work. The only slight issue is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, it can get a bit slow sometimes. But being close to the railway station bus stop in just 7 minutes is very useful for our commutes.
