Finding a home near Jayshree Periwal High School was our main goal, and GRK Eco World II is a short distance. We bought a 3 BHK flat with 1406 square feet of built-up area. The children's play area is a great facility for our kids. GRK BuildeAnd developehave provided essential amenities like lifts and closed car parking. The price for the 3 BHK was around 65 Lakh, which was manageable for us. The Vastu compliant design was also a positive point. While the location is excellent for schools, the internal roads can be a bit narrow.
