We decided on Greenway Cornus because it's so close to Sri Vishwa Vidyalaya Higher Secondary School, literally just a few steps away. That makes the morning drop-off so much easier. We got a 2 BHK flat which is about 700 square feet, feels decent for our family of three. The price was in our budget, around 25 Lakhs which is good for Chennai South. The Outer Ring Road is also nearby, so commuting isn't too bad for my husband's office. The only thing is the building itself looks a bit plain, not much fancy landscaping. But for the price and the school proximity, it works for us. We are hoping the maintenance charges are not too high later on.

This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Greenway Cornus in Mannivakkam. I opted for a 2 BHK flat that's 952 square feet, which felt quite spacious for a fit home. The price was around 33 Lakhs, which was at the higher end of my budget, but the size and the fact that it was ready to move in sealed the deal. It’s nice that Sri Vishwa Vidyalaya Higher Secondary School is so close by, though I don't have kids yet. The location is okay, but getting to the main areas of Chennai takes a bit of time. I'm a little worried about the ongoing construction nearby and the potential noise. It's a big step, and I'm hoping it turns out to be a good decision.

My partner and I were looking for a ready-to-move-in place and Greenway Cornus fit the bill. We liked the 660 sq.ft. 2 BHK layout; it felt compact but functional for just the two of us. The price point was attractive, around 23 Lakhs, which allowed us to furnished it nicely without stretching too much. It's good that it's off the main road, making it quieter. However, the dust from the nearby construction sites can be a bit much sometimes, especially during windy days. We checked out the Vandalur Railway Station, it's about 3.5 kilometeaway, which is manageable for occasional travel. Overall, it's a decent starter home for young professionals.

I purchased a 2 BHK flat in Greenway Cornus, measuring around 850 square feet, for about 30 Lakhs. The location in Mannivakkam is developing, and it felt like a reasonable investment for the future. Being close to the Outer Ring Road SH 234 is convenient for travel across the city. The building is ready to move in, which was a major factor for me. I haven't faced any issues with the construction quality so far. My only concern is the approach road to the project; it's a bit narrow and can get congested during peak hou, making it slightly inconvenient for daily commutes. Otherwise, it seems like a solid buy for the price.

The budget was around 27 Lakhs, which seemed fair given the location and ready-to-move status. It's good that Annai Arul Hospital is about 5.4 kilometeaway, which is important for their healthcare needs. The project is conveniently located off West Mada Street, near the temple, giving it a peaceful vibe. One minor issue is the parking area; it seems a bit tight, and I hope they manage it well. My parents are happy with the flat, and that's the main thing. I trust Greenway Construction & Co to maintain the property well.
