The price was around 30-39 Lakh which worked for us. Being close to Baranagar Metro Station, nearby, is a major plus for our daily commute to IT hubs. The Kalyani Expressway nearby is also convenient. We appreciate the 24x7 water supply and power backup. One small issue we noticed is that the common area parking might get a bit tight during evenings when most residents are back home. It’s a ready-to-move project.
