We visited Greenfinch Meadows last week. The 2 BHK apartments are around 1172 to 1225 Sq.ft built up, which feels quite spacious for my family. The developer, Greenfinch Projects, has included amenities like a swimming pool and gymnasium, which are important for us. The location in Kariyammana Agrahara Village is close to Bellandur Metro, nearby, and also near New Horizon Gurukul, which is convenient. My only reservation is the price; it's at the higher end of our budget. But the project does seem to offer good value for money with the facilities provided. Waiting for more updates on the construction progress.

Looking at Greenfinch Meadows for an investment. The price range of 87.91 L to 1.17 Cr for 2 and 3 BHK apartments seems reasonable given the location in Bangalore East. They mention earthquake-resistant RCC structure which is good to see, and also solar energy for electrification. The completion date was October 2022, so it should be handed over soon. I did notice a lot of construction dust around the site though, which is expected but still a bit concerning for air quality. The proximity to the Outer Ring Road is a plus for connectivity, but traffic can get bad there during peak houOverall, the project has potential for good appreciation.
