We were looking for a ready-to-move-in property and Greenfield Nandhavanam fit the bill. We got a 1200 sq.ft 2 BHK villa. The location in Neelambur is quite peaceful, away from the main city noise. It's good that Kovai Vidya Mandhir school is right next door, which is convenient. The amenities like the gymnasium and terrace garden are nice additions. My only small concern is that the roads inside the development are a bit narrow, making parking challenging sometimes, especially if you have guests. The price was within our budget for this size. Overall, it feels like a good place to settle down.

Our priority was proximity to good schools, and Greenfield Nandhavanam is close to Kovai Vidya Mandhir, which is a huge relief. We purchased a 1900 sq.ft 3 BHK villa. It has enough space for our two children. The construction was completed in December 2021 and it's ready to move in, which was perfect for us. The community hall and theme park are great for family outings. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a slight drawback, but we are hoping that will settle down soon. The Vastu compliant design was also an important factor for us.

Having retired, I sought a peaceful environment, and Greenfield Nandhavanam in Neelambur offejust that. We bought a 1100 sq.ft villa. The project is ready to move in, which was ideal for us. I particularly liked the idea of a terrace garden and the gymnasium for staying active. The 24x7 security gives a feeling of safety. My only minor observation is that while the plot areas are generous, some of the villa built-up areas, like our 2 BHK, felt a tad compact, though perfectly functional. The community hall is also a nice feature for gatherings.

It’s a ready-to-move-in project, which means less waiting time. The developer, Greenfield Housing India Pvt Ltd, has a decent track record. The location in Neelambur is developing well. I liked the rainwater harvesting system they have implemented. The only thing I found a bit inconvenient is the distance to the Thotiapalayam Bus Stop, which is nearby. It would be better if public transport was closer.

While the overall quality seems good, the road leading to the project could be better maintained; it was a bit dusty when we visited. The maintenance staff is available, which is a plus for upkeep.
