The location in Neelambur is quite peaceful, away from the main city noise. It's good that Kovai Vidya Mandhir school is right next door, which is convenient. My only small concern is that the roads inside the development are a bit narrow, making parking challenging sometimes, especially if you have guests. The price was within our budget for this size.
