We decided on a 3.5 BHK villa at Green Villa 1 for our retirement home. The size is comfortable, around 700 square feet built-up. We liked the idea of a terrace garden and the overall landscaping planned by Green Residency. The proximity to Manipal Hospital, a short distance, is a significant comfort for us. While the project is under construction and scheduled for completion in October 2026, the price of approximately 95 Lakh was within our planned expenses. One concern is the traffic during peak hounear Kisan Chowk, which is also a short distance. We are looking forward to a peaceful life here.
