We bought a 2160 sq.ft plot. The prices are a bit high, starting from 61.92 Lakh, but the location is worth it. The development by Bharat Villa projects Pvt Ltd is still under construction and expected to finish by December 2026. The community buildings and assembly area are nice additions for families. My only concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, which can be quite heavy getting to and from the area.
