Bought this villa in Green Santosh Villa last month. Location in Old Town, Bhubaneswar is quite convenient for daily needs. It's close to St. Xavier's High School and Shree Hospitals which is a big plus. The project is ready to move, which saved us a lot of waiting time. Price point was competitive given the area. The only minor issue we've noticed is that the internal roads within the community could be wider; maneuvering our SUV feels a bit tight sometimes. Green Park seems to have a decent reputation. Overall, a solid purchase for my family.

The proximity to Kedargouri, nearby, is also very handy for evening walks. My only small concern is the noise from the main road during peak hou, but it’s manageable once inside the villa. Green Park has delivered a decent product.
