The price point was around 83.55 Lakh, which felt a bit high initially but considering the ready-to-move status, I felt it was a fair deal. The proximity to Kauvery Hospital is also a plus. I checked the construction quality myself, and it looked quite robust. The power backup is a standard amenity but good to have. I am looking forward to settling in.
