The location in Porur, Chennai West, is decent. It's a short distance Sri Chaitanya Senior Secondary School, which is perfect for our children. The price point, around 55 Lakh for the size we got, was manageable. The 24x7 CCTV Surveillance adds a layer of comfort. We are happy with the decision to move here.
