Green Park in Coimbatore looked promising for a plot investment. The price range of 15.54 Lakh to 63.44 Lakh offeflexibility. I opted for a medium-sized plot, around 1036 Sq.ft. The proximity to Sri Krishna Engineering College and Sree Abirami Hospital Private Limited, about 6-nearby, indicates good future potential for rentals. Lands and Lands Developeare building this as a gated community with RO water systems, which adds value. Construction is currently underway, with completion set for August 2026. The main drawback I noticed is that accessing the site involves a stretch of narrow roads, which could be an issue during peak houor for larger vehicles. However, the special pre-launch offer on spot bookings was quite attractive.

I was looking for a plot in Coimbatore, and Green Park caught my eye. The prices are reasonable, starting from 15.54 Lakh. I decided on a plot of 4229 Sq.ft, which cost me 63.44 Lakh. The developer, Lands and Lands Develope, is offering a gated community with basic amenities like internal roads and footpaths, plus a RO water system. It is also Vastu Compliant, which is a good feature. However, I am a bit concerned about the dust from the ongoing construction, as it’s quite significant right now. I am hoping this improves once they finish the main development. The completion date is August 2026. The proximity to Avinashi road is convenient for travel.

This is my fit time buying property, and Green Park felt like a good starting point. I bought a residential plot of 1036 Sq.ft. The price of 15.54 Lakh was manageable for me. I really liked the idea of a gated community with 24x7 security, especially as I’m buying on my own. Lands and Lands Developealso highlighted 100% Vaastu compliant plots, which was important to my family. The location in Kuniyamuthur is decent, though I am a bit worried about the traffic getting to Gandhipuram Bus Stand, which is nearby. Construction should be finished by August 2026. I hope the internal roads are well-maintained.

We chose a plot around 1036 Sq.ft, which was priced at 15.54 Lakh, fitting well within our savings. My only slight concern is the completion date of August 2026, which feels a bit far off. Still, the overall package seems good for the price.
