I purchased a 3 BHK flat in Green Orchid for my parents who are living in Kolkata. They wanted a comfortable home in a well-connected area. The proximity to Rabindra Bharati Univeity in Baranagar and being close to BT Road (0.3 km) was ideal. The flat size is around 1300 sq.ft, which is ample for them. The price was around 55 Lakh, which is competitive for the area. Green Square Projects assured me about the 24x7 water supply and the presence of lifts, which are crucial for elderly residents. My parents are happy with the location and the general upkeep of the building. The nearby hospital is also a comfort.

We needed a larger home for our family, and Green Orchid's 3 BHK flats seemed suitable. The built-up areas range from 1265 sq.ft up to 1498 sq.ft, giving us plenty of space. The location is a big plus for us because Central Modern School, Baranagar is nearby, making school runs very easy. Having Eskag Sanjeevani Multispecialty Hospital nearby at nearby is also reassuring. We appreciated the 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance offered. The price for a 3 BHK can go up to 62.92 Lakh, which was at the higher end of our budget, but the space and location justified it. Water supply is constant, which is a relief.

One thing that I noticed is that the parking space seems a bit limited, especially if you have a larger vehicle or two ca, which could be a problem later on.

While the apartment itself is fine, the traffic on Barrackpore Trunk Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for my commute to the hospital.

The main reason I chose this location is its proximity to Baranagar Road Railway Station and also BT Road which is nearby. This makes commuting easier. The price of 38.05 Lakh was what I could manage. Green Square Projects has included lifts and 24x7 water supply, which are standard but necessary. I do wish the common areas were a bit more spacious, but for the price and location, it's a decent deal. Security is good with 24x7 surveillance.
