We chose Green Ocean primarily for the proximity to St. Dominic's School, which is just about 1.1 kilometeaway. That makes the morning drop-off and pick-up so much easier for the kids. The apartment itself is quite spacious and gets good natural light. We booked a 3 BHK and the layout is very practical for a family. The developer, NVT QualityLifeStyle Pvt Ltd, has been okay with communication. One thing we are noticing is that the traffic on the main road near Attibele can get quite heavy during peak hou, so getting out of the locality sometimes takes longer than expected. However, overall we are happy with the move and the kids are settling in well.

We just moved into Green Ocean in Attibele a couple of months ago. The location is decent, not too far from Electronic City which is where my husband works. The commute is about 40 minutes usually. We looked at a few places but this one had a good vibe. The rooms are a decent size, not huge but comfortable for us. There is some construction dust around still, which is a bit annoying, but hopefully that will settle down soon. NVT QualityLifeStyle Pvt Ltd seems to be building it up well. We are still exploring the area but found a good supermarket nearby for our weekly shopping. The pricing was within our budget so that was a major plus for us.
