We have been looking for a peaceful place to settle down post-retirement and Green Midtown Elegance seemed like a good option. The developer, Green Apple Infratech Private Limited, has put in a lot of effort into the amenities. I particularly liked the dedicated Senior Citizen Area and the Reflexology Park. The garden and walking tracks are also well-maintained. We are looking at a 2 BHK apartment, which is about 833 square feet. It seems adequate for our needs. The location on Kanpur Road is not too far from the city, which is convenient. My only concern is that construction is still ongoing, so there might be some noise and dust for a while. We are hoping for a December 2030 completion.
