Green Homes is the builder. I liked that they have included a Solar Power System and a Terrace Garden. The project is under construction and expected to be ready by February 2025. My parents helped me choose this one. They liked the Video Door Security feature. I am a bit nervous about the whole process, but the sales team has been helpful so far.
