This is my fit property purchase, and I chose Green Lemon Grass in Porur. I bought a 1 BHK apartment, which is around 614 square feet. The price was within my budget, about 36.84 Lakh. It is ready to move in, which was a big plus for me. The builder, Green Leaves Estates, seems reliable as this project was completed a few yeaback in 2015. The only thing I noticed is that the RO water system is a bit noisy, but I guess that’s something I can get used to. Security is good.
