The 1599 square feet built up area provides ample space for our growing family. Video door security is a nice touch for safety. The price starting at 2.64 Crore was within our budget for a ready to move property of this size. We did notice some traffic congestion on the main road during peak hou, which is a minor inconvenience. However, the accessibility to the Thiruvanmiyur Bus Stop within 2 minutes is excellent for daily commutes.
