Green Homes by Green Valley in Lal Kuan, Crossings Republik, offered plots that suited my immediate needs. I purchased a 445 Sq.ft plot for around 12.5 Lakh. The ready-to-move status was critical as I needed to settle in quickly. The developer provides 24/7 water supply and power backup, which are essential services. The location is reasonably close to the hospital and also accessible to the Shaheed Sthal Metro Station, though it’s nearby. My only reservation is that the surrounding area still has some dust and construction debris from ongoing development, which can be a bit unpleasant.

The location in Lal Kuan, Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad, is developing well. The price range of 12.5 Lakh to 25 Lakh was manageable for us. It’s ready to move, and the August 2023 completion date means we don't have to wait. Green Valley has included amenities like power backup and 24/7 water supply, which are vital for a family. My only concern is the traffic around the Grand Trunk Road area during peak hou, it can get quite congested.
