I purchased a 1 BHK flat at Green Garden by Sri Manishaa Homes. The built-up area is 503 Sq.ft, which feels comfortable for a single peon. Being ready to move in was a big convenience. The price was in the lower end of their range, around 25 Lakhs, which was great for my budget. The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance give me peace of mind when I'm at work. The location in Anakaputhur is okay, but the road access to the main areas can be a bit congested during peak hou, especially near the bypass. The rainwater harvesting is a good eco-friendly feature.

After yeaof renting, we finally bought our fit home at Green Garden. We chose a 2 BHK, around 712 Sq.ft, which is a good upgrade for us. The fact that it was ready to move in by April 2023 meant we didn't have to wait long. We needed a place with good amenities for the kids, and the 24x7 water supply and security were essential. The price point around 30-35 Lakhs fit our budget. The proximity to Peace On Green Earth Public School is fantastic, literally nearby, which is a massive relief for our daily school runs. The parking is closed car parking, which is a nice bonus.

The project was completed in April 2023 and was ready to move into, which was perfect timing for us. Having Peace On Green Earth Public School nearby is an absolute lifesaver for the kids. The price point was on the higher side, around 45 Lakhs for the 3 BHK, but we felt the location and amenities justified it. The 24x7 water supply is reliable, which is essential with children. The developer, Sri Manishaa Homes, seems to have delivered a solid product. The only downside is finding parking for guests can sometimes be a challenge.

I opted for a 1 BHK, about 447 Sq.ft, which is perfect for my needs as I'll be spending most of my time at the hospital. The location's proximity to PARVATHY HOSPITAL, being nearby, was a major draw, along with the Airport Metro Station being just under nearby. The price for the 1 BHK, around 22.35 Lakhs, was quite reasonable. The Vastu compliant design was an added plus for peace of mind. Overall, a good find.

We looked at a few places before deciding on Green Garden. Being a business owner, time is money, so the ready-to-move-in status was a huge factor. The 2 BHK we looked at was 700 Sq.ft and felt quite spacious. The price range of 22.35 L to 45.25 L seemed competitive for the area. The location in Anakaputhur is decent, close to the Chennai Bypass Road which is helpful for my commute. Security seems good with 24x7 CCTV and guards. My only slight worry is that the area can get a bit dusty during construction periods nearby, but that's common in Chennai South.
