Having retired, I sought a peaceful environment, and Green Cascade seemed to fit the bill. Astro Builde& Developebuilt this project, completed in June 2012. I purchased a plot and appreciate the landscaping and tree planting. The clubhouse and sports facilities, including a badminton court and table tennis, are excellent for staying active. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides a sense of security. The location in Chikkanayakahalli, Bangalore East, is quieter than the main city center. However, the distance to Bommasandra Metro Station, about 8 kilomete, means reliance on peonal transport or taxis for public transit access. The overall ambiance is pleasant, though.

The price was within our expected range for this area. The only downside I've noticed is that the road leading to the project can be dusty during dry spells, but that's common in developing areas. It's in Chikkanayakahalli, which is a developing area near Sarjapur Road. Astro Builde& Developeoffered a ready-to-move plot, which was convenient. The landscaping and tree planting make the place look very green. We visited the site and the layout seemed well-organized. The main issue we foresee is the traffic getting onto Sarjapur Road during peak office times, as it can be quite heavy. But for now, it feels like a good start for us.
