    This is my fit property purchase, so I was quite nervous. I looked at Green Aura because it was ready to move and the prices seemed reasonable, starting from 38 Lakh for a 2 BHK. The 900 square feet built-up size is good for a single peon or a small family. It's located in Greater Noida West. I did notice some dust on the site due to ongoing construction nearby, which is a bit of a concern for the future. However, the apartment itself looks well-built. Home Team is the developer here. I hope the area develops more amenities soon.
