Being ready to move in was a big plus as we wanted to settle quickly. The distance to OMR is nearby, and the Airport Road is nearby, which is great for our travel. We liked the closed car parking facility. The budget for our flat was around 90 Lakhs. Green Leaves Estates seems to have delivered a decent product. A minor issue is the noise from nearby construction sometimes, but it's manageable.
