I chose a 2 BHK, about 1100 square feet, which is a manageable size for me. The landscaping and tree planting give it a nice green feel. I appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the provision for closed car parking. The area is relatively quiet compared to the city center. My only slight worry is the completion date was December 2023, and I am still waiting for the official occupancy certificate, which hasn't been provided yet. It’s a decent project by Greater Infra Projects Private Limited.
