    Grand Pinnacle in Cheemasandra offered a 2 BHK configuration around 990 sq.ft. I evaluated it mainly from an investment pepective. The price range of 47.52 Lakh was attractive, especially considering it's a ready-to-move property completed in 2015. Grand Vault Group seems to have delivered on time. The amenities like the gymnasium and yoga area are good additions. However, the lack of readily available OC details was a point of caution. The connectivity to areas like Yelahanka New Town (2.4km) is decent. While the price is competitive, I'm waiting to see the rental yield potential. The cycling track is a nice touch for residents.
