    We chose Grand Cyber Valley because of its proximity to The Backyard Academy, which is nearby. It makes the morning school run much simpler. We got a 4 BHK villa, around 1806 Sq.ft to 2057 Sq.ft, and the space is good for our growing family. The children's play area is a nice addition, and they spend a lot of time there. The gated community aspect is also important for safety. The price was around 1.03 Crore, which was a bit higher than we initially planned, but the quality and location seemed worth it. The only slight issue is that the internal roads could be a bit wider, sometimes it feels a bit cramped when two capass each other.
