The proximity to Delhi Public School Siddharth Vihar (1 KM) and Fortis Hospital Noida (10 KM) is very convenient for them. I chose a 3.5 BHK apartment, offering them ample space with 2200 Sq.ft. The project has numerous amenities like a gymnasium and Fountains, which they will surely enjoy. My only concern is the under-construction status and the completion date of June 2029; I wish it was a bit sooner. The price range of 1.18 Cr to 2.42 Cr is acceptable given the features.
