Grand Aralias Residency offered a 1 BHK with 450 square feet which fit our requirement for a small, manageable space in South Delhi. The price of 17.5 Lakhs was quite reasonable. We liked the tree plantation around the complex and the olympic size swimming pool, although we haven't used it much yet. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives us peace of mind. The developer, Grand Homes, has completed the project as scheduled. One minor issue we've noticed is the traffic noise from the nearby main road, especially during peak hou, which can be a bit disruptive.
