The size, around 1741 square feet at the higher end, is quite generous. Grah BuildeAnd Developehave provided good amenities like a swimming pool and a gymnasium. The proximity to Shri Ramswaroop Memorial Public School and Savitri Devi hospital, both nearby, was a deciding factor for us. The landscaping also adds to the aesthetic appeal. One minor issue is the dust on Faizabad Road due to ongoing construction in the wider area, but it's manageable.
