After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. Gracelands Heritage on Wardha Road seemed like a good option. It's relatively close to Suretech Hospital and Research Centre, which is important at this stage of life. I looked at a plot of 6260 sq.ft., offering plenty of space for gardening. While the project was completed in 2006 and is ready to move, I do notice some dust on the main Wardha Road due to ongoing construction nearby, which can be a bit botheome.
