I invested in a 2 BHK flat, which has a built-up area of 990 square feet. The price was 62.99 Lakhs. The location is decent, with the main road just 200 meteaway. However, the OC received status is not available, which is a slight concern for future resale value or loan processing. I am hoping GR Buildewill provide this soon. The amenities like lift and power backup are standard.
